1. Make sure your equipment has been truly fitted to you and your golf swing, no matter what you think of your swing. Properly balanced, proper length clubs with the correct lofts can make a world of difference in the impact on the ball.
2. Make sure you are using a true golf swing system. Unfortunately most golf coaches have been taught to teach you to change your grip and model some pro golfer. The truth is most people have a natural swing that combined with the proper system to set up and deliver the golf club to impact will reduce the margin of error in your swing so dramatically that you will not believe it.
3. Practice both on a range and mentally. You will find that mental practice imagining the ball going where you intend it will go can be far more effective than you might think.
Years ago in college, I met a man who had been a prisoner of war in Vietnam. He had been a "guest" in the Hanoi Hilton for over six years, for the most part kept in solitary confinement. He told me that he had a system for maintaining his mental sanity despite his treatment. Every morning he played eighteen holes of golf. After lunch at the nineteenth hole of the club where he was playing that day, he would play another eighteen holes of golf.
His golf game with such a large amount of regular playing became almost spectacular. He could aim and land on most greens. He almost never missed a fairway as he learned to be patient and take a controlled and measured swing.
The course that he played varied every day. He savored walking the course and carrying his clubs, smelling the fresh cut grass and feeling the hot sun or even enjoying the cold rain on his back.
He played every day in his mind while confined to a cell barely big enough for him to lie down.
When he was released, he finally got to play for real on a real course. Before he went to Vietnam, his best score was in the mid 80's.
The first day back, his golf swing was sweet. He, without having practiced or even having swung a golf club in years, shot almost par on a course that was not exactly easy.
His mind was more powerful than you could conceive. He had literally "practiced" to a competition level without even touching a club.
You can get a golf swing through a golf swing aid system by going here.
